Spell this Colan that

Doubling what?
Students were handed out a piece of paper full of notes about "Doubling constanents", they then asked to complete Practice Two on their own. When everyone was finished, students then read aloud their answers.

students then took out their handout about semi colans and the notes they copied down- this was from a couple of weeks ago. They reread and went over thid work. Students were given an example to place semi colans where necessary. Students then had the rest of the class to work on this and were told this assignment was to be handed in first thing next class.

                      - Make sure all classwork is up to date
                      - Make sure you understand what you're doing
