Authography test?
students were asked to get out a black piece of lined paper in preparation of a spelling test they should have studied for. They were then asked to title it "Authograhy test" and then were given a list of ten questions and were asked to spell them at the best of their ability.

Whats a Pronoun and Noun?
Students then took out their "Reviewing Nouns and Pronouns" worksheet that they've been working on lately. He then told them the parts they were to complete by themselves.

EPIC
Students then got out their "Literary Terms" packages. They were asked to turn to the page where they wrote down the definition of good literary terms. They were then asked to write down the term of "epic"

Is it Complete??
Students then went through a checklist of what they have written down from the Literacy Terms.

Foreshadowing...
Mr Hanlon got the students to then write down the definition of foreshadowing. They were then given an example of where Foreshadowing was used in "The Dog of Pompay"
