Authography Rules
Mr Hanlon and the class first talked about spelling techniques. He wrote down some definitions on the board and got the students to copy it down- this was made up of four points. He then gave out different examples.
How Two Spel
Mr Hanlon then gave the students a piece of paper to write down 3 words which they have difficulty spelling. The most common ones were read out.
Below the Authography Rules, students were read out 10 various hard words to try and spell. Incorrect answers were to be corrected afterwards. This work was not handed in or maked by the teacher.
Not my Best Side...
The class then looked at the poem called "Not My Best Side" and Mr Hanlon read it out loud. After it was read students got out their P.O.V worksheet and wrote down the poems P.O.V, tone etc.
