If you need any help with your essay you can see Mr Hanlon at either lunch time or after school with any questions or uncertainties.
The class started off by finding three literary terms (words that are about essays) within the 'MindSet' chapters the class has read. They were then asked to write a sentence for each of the words about the MindSet book.
Next they were asked to write down some notes about Essay Structure.
Tygers and Randolph...
The class then went over their homework and checked it. They also discussed the last horror story they read together. They then compared how 'Here There Be Tygers' is more of a horror story where as 'The Statement of Randolph Carter' is more of a terror story.
The class was then asked to find their course outline questions and write down the titles of the two stories in which questions related to them.
